ASSIGNMENT 11 : In my opinion
In my opinion, people should not use cell phones while they are driving. First of all, many car accident are happen during the phone call. Also, people are easy to misunderstanding each other while they are concentrate on call. Finally, people are lose their way while they are phone call. So I think that, using cell phones banned while they are driving.

Using cell phone makes a visual vision narrow!! So We have to be careful on street and in the car!

I agree with you. I also try to keep traffic regulations. Frankly speaking, I'm not good at driving. Maybe if I'm good at diving, I frequently talk on a cell phone while driving.^^
